However, listening to web pages using the built-in MacOS voices is free with occasional ads.

WebOutLoud Full Version is available as a 1-year auto-renewable subscription. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Account renewal will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store settings page up to 24 hours before the next payment is due.
